Who we can insure

We are able to provide cover to any cleaning contractor involved in the following work:

​

Domestic and Commercial cleaning - Internal and external cleaning of domestic & commercial properties including shops, offices, restaurants, pubs and other properties occupied by businesses

​

Carpet, upholstery, hard floors, soft furnishing and curtain cleaning

​

Window, conservatory and solar panel cleaning, Gutter, soffit, fascia, and frame cleaning

​

Kitchen and oven cleaning (domestic and catering only) excluding industrial ovens

​

Pressure washing to 248 bar (3,600 psi)

​

Fogging, misting and sanitisation cleaning

​

Janitorial sales (blue roll, toilet tissue and towels where this is part of an existing cleaning contract)

​

Internal and external cleaning of ventilation and air conditioning ducts including use of nibblers (no heat, no power tools)

​

Crime scene / trauma cleaning (subject to completion of relevant training and use of PPE)

​

Non-Cleaning activities (up to 20% of total turnover) laundry, general maintenance or gardening (no construction work, no tree felling or lopping)
